Combine 2 exceptions for invoice – exclude country and exclude category

Hi,
I’m trying to use the following 2 code snippets that you provided, but for now only one can work at a time if i add both in functions.php, i guess because it calls the same function. Is there a way to have them both work at the same time?https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/exclude-specific-product-categories-from-invoices/
