Combine 3 Select Field Values into 1 Value

  • Hi,

    I need to combine 3 select field results: date, month and year into 1 value e.g. 23/09/2018 and then show this in the Message body and also make sure the value is accessible to a third-party service.

    Is this something that is possible? I understand that I can just use the date field however the client is requesting to try this way first.
