Combine Different Shipping Rates Into One Subtotal

If you are wanting to create different shipping “packages” so to speak, where you have different shipping rates applied for your classes but one total, I would recommend looking into using something like Advanced Shipping Packages: https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-advanced-shipping-packages/

This will allow you to “group” your different shipping rates based on your different classes but still have one total.

I understand what you are getting at, but this might need customization. You would need to write custom code to build this feature to your site. I did a little research as well – and I could not find a plugin that offers this feature by default either.
