Combine radio button with text field

Is it possible to combine a radio button with a text field? I have question about the size of a building, with two answers in it. Answer one you can fill in the meters, and the second answer the user can select “I don’t know”,

But the problem is, I don’t know how to combine a text field inside a radio button. Can anyone tell me how?
