combine shipping method into one shipping method

hi
i want to combine multiple shipping options into single options
for example i have
1.shipping 1:$5
2. shipping 2:$8
3. shipping 3:$10

then i want to combine all three shipping option and display single options as
shipping:$23

any help in this will be very helpful to me
