Combining Astra & Elementor

I am wanting to be able to use Elementor Full Width page template but also elect to enable to the Right Sidebar through the Astra settings. It doesn’t appear I can do this?

If I use the default template, then I cannot edit above the page title so cannot, for instance, add a full-width image or slider to the top of the page. But if I switch to Elementor Full-Width page template, I lose the sidebar even though I have it enabled in the Astra setting.

Is there a way I can achieve this?
