Combining JS and CSS – original files are still loaded

    Hello,

    I’m trying to optimize a website using Hummingbird, and I have a ton of JS and CSS files (88 http requests in total). I’ve combined all of them but I still get the same amount of requests. Shouldn’t the original files be prevented from loading once they’ve been combined? Hope anyone can shed some light on this, thanks!

    EDIT: I feel so stupid – I forgot to clear the page cache!
