combining share counts from all posts to a page total counts button

    My blog is a website of true stories about individual people. Rather than post the individual share counts for each story(post), I would love to have a total share button on my landing page where all the stories are listed. This way each person does not gauge the importance of their story by comparing shares. I will still have Shared Counts social media buttons on each separate post to allow sharing but not list a share count there. Thanks for your help!

    Hi Martha,

    You can add the “Total” field as one of the displayed services in Settings > Shared Counts. There’s also a checkbox to “Count Total Only” so the Total field is the only one that includes a count.
