Combining shipping costs

We have purchased the table rate shipping plugin as well as USPS and Fedex shipping methods. We need to use the table rate shipping for some products and on other products, allow the system to get rates from USPS and Fedex and present these to the user, totaling the table rate shipping and the calculated USPS or Fedex shipping at the end. Is it possible to utilize two different shipping methods on a single order?
