Combining Themes

I would like to use the code (or get a plugin) that will let me use the feature shown on the ephoto theme: (see link) https://freetospeak.co.uk/images/ephoto.gif

and place it in a purevision theme: see link : https://freetospeak.co.uk/images/purevision.gif
