I don’t know if we can ask about the ComicPress Manager Plugin here, but I had something to ask about.

A week ago, I was uploading my comic and noticed that the appearance of the Date for Upload calendar was messed up. I am using the latest version of the plugin (1.4.9.10), the latest WordPress (3.5) and the latest Firefox (18.0).

The appearance issue that I am seeing has the back, today and forward buttons are all on different lines instead of all being on a single line.

Other than the appearance, it still seems to work, so I think something is wrong with the CSS. I’m mostly trying to sanity check that this is a known issue and I’m not the only one seeing it. I’ve been using WordPress 3.5 for a couple of weeks already before noticing this. I’m trying to make sure that this is just a plugin comparability issue with the current WordPress version, and not something wrong with my WordPress install.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

ComicPress Manager isn’t being maintained anymore, so no new updates will ever happen.

Unfortunately seeing a fix for that will also not happen.

Have you looked into migrating to Comic Easel yet? It’s basically the predecessor of ComicPress

Thanks for responding. When looking into this issue, I came across your blog posts about Comic Easel. I’ve been planning to redo my layout, so I will looking into updating to that instead of the latest ComicPress. Does Comic Easel have a similar, easy to use plugin for uploading comics?

As for this issue, as long it’s harmless, I’m not too concerned about it. Other than the calendar’s layout being broken, I haven’t noticed any other issues. I can still click on dates just fine.

My concern only came about from only noticing it a few weeks after updating to WordPress 3.5, and concerned about why I didn’t notice it sooner. I just wanted to make sure other are people have seen this issue and it’s not something wrong with my website. It’s more of a sanity check, really.

Once again, thanks for the quick response.
