    I’m looking for plugins and templates to build a single coming soon landing page with responsive fullscreen video background and email subscription form. Simple and neat.
    Free or low budget options are welcome.

    You can use Divi Plugin if you want something quick.

    There are also a lot of free coming soon and landing page themes out there. Try to type “free coming soon page + landing page wordpress theme” into google. Should popup a few themes for download.

    You could just use the Twenty Seventeen theme, which allows for a responsive header video, with a single page and MailChimp with MailChimp for WordPress for the form. All of that is free. I think MailChimp is still free up to 2,000 users or so, and it will be a good thing to have once the site is live.
