Coming soon not showing up on my page

    Hi I made a landing page for my webpage to show coming soon but it doesn’t get directed to the page but just goes to the regular home page. Am i supposed to do something additional? I see the landing on shindospirit.com/coming-soon

    Thank you for the update.

    Try a different browser for you to make sure that the website up and running. Or you can clear cache and cookies in your browser as well.

    When I go to the url on Chrome (same browser I’m logged in on WordPress) I see the Maintenance Page.

    When I try on other two browsers (Safari and Firefox) I see the blank page.

    Inspecting the code, I see this:

    Thanks for the support. Do you have any idea why this 503 error doesn’t happen when I replace the plugin page for the html I’ve built?

    Hello Mau,

    503 error is the heavy usage of server resources. Best advice to contact your hosting provider to check the error logs for you to have a clue what causes the error.

    Hello again,

    I’ve contacted the hosting provider. According to them, the problem is on the plugin.

    The plugin is disabled now, and the 503 error is not happening. How can we solve this problem? I really need the maintenance page.

    Can you try to enable the Maintenance mode again and see if showing a blank page.

    2. Provide us a screenshot or mention to us what are the plugins you have installed that might triggered our plugin.

    I’ve checked this items from troubleshooting page:
    – Maintenance Mode is active
    – Page is published
    – Isolation Mode enabled

    Here are the plugins:

    – Akismet Anti-spam
    – Elementor
    – Elementor Pro
    – Envato Elements
    – iThemes Security
    – Ocean Extra
    – Rank Math SEO
    – Updraft Plus

    As checked, our plugin cannot allocate lots of resources however this will only display an error if there are other plugins causing it.

    Based on your lists the following is having lots of resources and possible conflict with our plugin.

    – Elementor
    – Elementor Pro
    – Envato Elements
    – iThemes Security

    Try to disable it and see if the Maintenance mode will work but before that make sure to backup your website files and database first.

    I have deactivated ALL the plugins, but the problem still persists.

    Just to be clear abot my last post, I have deactivated all the plugins, EXCEPT SeedProd.

    I’ve already contacted my hosting provider yesterday and they told me that this problem is related to this plugin. The 503 error disappears only when the SeedProd plugin is deactivated.

    This is becoming a frustrating experience.
