Coming soon not workin and not in Settings Menu

I have installed the plugin on a new site (never had caching installed) and the Coming Soon option in not appearing in the Settings menu. The only other plugins that are installed are MailChimp and MailChimp Sync.
I have another site with the same plugins working great.
