    Is the following features available in coming soon/maintenance page? Is it crawl-able?

    Heading. Add eye-catching headlines.
    Image. Control the size, opacity and other settings of images.
    Text Editor. A WYSIWYG text editor, just like the WordPress editor.
    Video. Add YouTube \ Vimeo to your page.

    How can I use an opt-in box on the page?

    Yes, in Elementor Pro you can set a new template as Maintenance/Coming soon page.
    In the template page, you can add all of those features.

    The Coming Soon Page is indexed by search engines, the Maintenace mode is not.

    You can try using our Form widget (only in Pro version) with an option for opt-in using MailChimp or other email marketing server that works with our Forms.
