Comission wrong if decimal separator is not point

I’m configuring a marketplace in Spanish, where we use the comma as the decimal separator (instead of the decimal point). I’ve detected that the calculations are not being correctly carried out in this case:
As you can see, the calculated 99% earning for €4.5 should be €4.45, and not €3.96.
