Hi, I love this plugin, it′s the best one!
I′m almost finishing my markwtplace website, but I have some doubts about the payment options.
Since I′m from Brazil we dont use Stripe here, so I′m using Paypal.
I heard that you have to be eligible for Paypal Mass Pay to be able to use the payment system giving a comission to each vendor, is that right? And for this type of Paypal account they are very restricted and youneed to have a previous money on the account to be able to use it.

So I′d like to know first, if you have a solution for this and if I can use regular Paypal account to receive comissions of the vendor’s sales.

And secong, if I set vendor withdraw for after 30 days of the payment, and I give him the withdraw after that, then in his Paypal account he will still have to wait the 21 days that Paypal gives to release his funds? So in this case the vendor will have to wait our 30 days + 21 days of Paypal? Or after the 30 days the money will be available in his Paypal account?

Thank you for appreciating our plugin and for the queries.

WCMP provides the option to either choose the PayPal Masspay or PayPal Payout, so alternatively you can definitely proceed with PayPal Payout. All you have to do, is to configure the PayPal Payout through WCMp >> Settings >> Payments >> PayPal Payout. You still have to keep money in the account otherwise PayPal won’t process the payment.

Our latest version lets the admin choose the number of days they want to hold the commission via new settings WCMp >> Settings >> Payment >> Withdraw Locking Period. But, we can’t do much about the PayPal wait days.

PayPal waiting fees for 21 days is not normal. Here is an article showing the reason for holding the payment for 21 days – https://www.paypal.com/us/selfhelp/article/why-is-my-payment-being-held-for-21-days-faq3236

Sorry to intervene, but I have a question about this as well,
What exactly is the difference between Paypal Mass and Payout?
I have the same problem as Kafic, it’s hard for me to use Mass payments.

Are Payout single payments to all the vendors? How much are the fees?
Can I pay all vendors once a month with this?

Also, @kafic, how did you fix this?
