Commas and human readable arrays

You would have to get the taxonomy with get_the_terms().

Depends on how you are displaying this. Are you using PHP or Pod Templates with magic tags?

In that case you could the following in your functions.php:

function my_comma_separated_list( $val ) {
  return implode( ', ', $list );
}

And use it in your magic tags: {@tag,my_comma_separated_list}
