Comment Alert w/o Approval

  • How do you activate admin email alert whenever a comment is left w/ out imposing moderation?

    WordPress it set up to alert admin by email for approval of comments which means comments are not immediately displayed.

    We need comments displayed freely as well as alert admin by email whenever comments are left.

    Is there a plugin?
