    Hello,
    Please I need your help with my blog. The comment field of my blog works fine until I installed and activated w3 total cache. If I deactivate the plugin, the comment field appears but once I reactivate the plugin, the comment field disappears.
    Please, how can I solve this issue?

    I am sorry about the issue you are experiencing with your comment area not being unavailable and I am happy to assist you with this.
    Is W3 Total Cache currently active on your website? Also what settings do you have enabled in Performance>General settings?

    Thank you. W3 total cache is currently enabled on my site.
    As for the general settings, everything is as it show be. please see the screenshot attachments I sent to you via email.

    Which part of the settings, could have caused this issue?

    Thank you for the information.
    In some cases, some settings should not be enabled or potentially you need to tweak some settings.
    I’ve inspected your website and I can see that you are using Autoptimize to minify. Is minify enabled in W3 Total Cache? If so you should disable it as using more than one minify solutions can cause a lot of conflicts.

    I have disabled the minify in w3 total cache and have cleared the cache. But the problem is still the same

    Hello Marko,
    Thank you very much. It was actually clashing with AO. So, I disabled the HTML caching in AO and enabled the minify in w3 total cache. The comment field. Is now showing.

    Hello Sir, Good Evening. On my website, comments are not showing. When I logged out from user admin. It shows “You must be logged in to post a comment. What is this? Please solve this issue.

    Problem site it’s under construction: https://alquranonline.in/important-dua/

    In my earlier website, it shows perfectly. (first1.in) Comments – Email – Website

    Above both sites, I’m using the OceanWP theme.

    The problem is from your settings.
    Log into your admin dashboard and follow these steps:
    1. Settings
    2. Discussions
    3. Uncheck “Users must be registered and logged in to comment”
    4. Save
    5. Log out and check your comment. It should be showing now
