    From the description, I gather that there are all sorts of display options for this plugin, but I need a specific feature and cannot determine whether this plugin offers it:

    I need a search form in which users can search for specific comment authors (not necessarly post authors) and find all the comments by a specific author.
    Can this plugin do that?

    No, the plugin does not provide this functionality as it is a custom functionality required for the specific custom requirement.

    I am not sure you will find any plugin that will achieve this functionality but you can develop custom code to achieve it.

    If you are not a developer then you can consider hiring a developer to develop it for you.
