Comment awaiting moderation for all users

    I am having a problem with this plugin.

    If I have regular WP-Comments enabled I can post comments no problem – as I am the admin there is no moderation for me whatsoever. Even with Akismet enabled I never receive a moderation warning.

    But now as soon as I enable wpDiscuz all comments get the “Comment awaiting moderation” notification. Disable it… no problem….

    I have tried to disable, unistall, reinstall, blah blah blah… but nothing seems to work.

    I really want to usethis plugin as it is well done — but I can’t with this problem.

    Please help.

    And no I don’t have any “comments require admin approval” box checked.

    Wait… I have discovered something. If I post with a First and Last name it works. No moderation required.

    So now my new question is: how can I disable this? Thanks.

    Ya they are both unchecked. I have tried all the obvious things, but still get the moderation popup.

    It is bizarre: If I put my Display Name just to my first name (Jon) or something, I get the moderation popup — but if I change it to First + Last name (Jon Doe), I don’t….

    So there is definitely something going on with this plugin code.

    And as I said, if I disable wpDiscuz and just use WordPress comments I can post under Jon or Jon Doe with no problems.

    Where in the code does moderation take place? and how can I disable it completely as I will use Akismet anyways.

    wpDiscuz doesn’t have any relation to comment status, we use WordPress built-in functions for comment creation.
    You can test wpDiscuz in our demo website, this site works with Akismet and all kind of comments are being approved without any problem.

    I’d recommend test it without other plugins and with default theme.

    Also what do you mean saying “get the moderation popup”? wpDiscuz doesn’t have pop-up for moderation. It only shows small notification box under comment.

    We just tested and posted two comments. All is correct, we didn’t get moderation message.
