Go to Settings/Discussion. You can set up comment moderation there.

deepbevel ive found the settings but how do i assign it to my comments page, as you can tell im new to wp only been doing wp for 4 weeks now.

Sorry, didn’t know you had a comments page. I’m not familiar with how that works. Comments are ussually under posts. Are you talking about a blog? If you want your visitors to make blog posts, you have the option of allowing them to use the admin post editor, or set up a front end post form.

Actually, I think you can indeed set up a “Comments Page”. just create a page with no content and allow comments:)

I tryed the blank comments page and allow comments but no input box is showing, but a simple blog post page where they can post and i have to approved it, is that the same sort of thing.

Yep. Visitors can use the form to submit, you can set it for moderation. You can send all user posts to one category and display it on a category page, which you make with a custom menu

shoudln’t be difficult, the form is easy to configure but if you need more options try quick-post-widget
