Comment Box Appearing on Pages, but Not on Blog Posts

Hi.

I’m completely new to WordPress, and I can’t figure this out. I am using the cp-minimal theme, and the comment/reply box is only appearing on my “Home” page and other pages I create, but not on my blog posts under my “Blog” page. When the user clicks the “No Comments” link, the comment box doesn’t even appear then. I’ve tried to change the discussion and comment settings for my posts, but it still won’t work. Even tried inserting <?php comments_template(); ?> line of code in the appropriate “.php” files. Guessing it’s a bug in the code somewhere? Hopefully, this makes sense. Any answers are helpful!
