Comment Box Colors

Hello everyone… So i’ve got a mild problem here. I’ve added comment boxes on every page, and every post I make… but when someone is typing in the comment box provided, the text color is the same as the comment box background color.

Where the heck, in this code, is the color hex? I’m having the damndest time trying to find it! If possible i would like to change it to bright green, the text that is.
