COMMENT BOX does not show up at all now.

I am having major issues with the comment box at the bottom of my posts not showing up at all since i did the Upgrade.

What do i need to do to get it to show up on my blog again? The older version was working just fine but now since the upgrade all the comments vanished and the comment box itself.
Please help me resolve this issue..
