    Jetpack Mechanic ??

    I’m afraid that’s not possible at the moment. Jetpack’s Comment form is hosted on WordPress.com and added to your site via an iFrame, so you won’t be able to customize the form and remove some of its elements.

    We’re considering adding options to allow more customization, but I don’t have an ETA yet. You can follow our progress on this here:
