Comment box isn't wokring on posts

Whenever I publish a new post, I get an error on the comment box.
Warning: https://mysite.net/blog/2013/07/blahblah/ is unreachable.
When I click that link, it brings me to the FB linter which helps resolve the issue.
Why do I have to do this every time??
