Comment box not showing up on page

Hi All,

Having an issue I can’t seem to figure out. I recently downloaded the excluded pages plugin so I can create page newbizblogger.com/feedback but not show it in my menu bar.

The page seemed to be created fine however, my ‘leave comment’ box is not showing up.

The ‘allow comments’ box is checked and all else seems to be set up correctly.

any ideas why the ‘leave comment’ box is not showing up?
