Comment box on main page

For some reason, every post I make gets “closed” immediately.

https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/278817?replies=0Basically, I just want comment boxes (like a little 150 pixel tall box with the comments) on my main index page – below each post. I’m not sure how to do it. If anyone knows, could you e-mail me at joe a-t federerphotography.com? (seeing that this forum appears broken)
Thoughts? Help? Nudges in the right direction?
