Comment Box Which Produces Feed

  • Hi – Im hoping this is possible. I have installed a WP Blog and I’d like to know if it is possible to install a public comment box with the comments being the primary feature of the page.

    So the comment box would need to remain at the top of the comments list with the published comments below (full page width or there abouts, but not as a side menu)

    And I’d like to know if its possible to generate an RSS or Atom feed of the comments?

    Its important that the comments submitted can be moderated (and approved) before they are published.
