'Comment bubble' plugin?

I recently switched my blog themes from Twenty Eleven to Twenty Ten (for better viewing on iPad, etc.), but along with some CSS tweaking to still have them appear more like Twenty Eleven. One thing missing now though is the “comment bubble” which would appear at the top of posts. Does anyone know which plugin that is? I haven’t been able to find it yet. Or is it a Twenty Eleven feature only? Or if anyone knows of any good similar plugins, that would be great. I’d like the comment counts to be more prominent than just the text link at the bottom of posts. Thanks!
