Comment Counter not working?

    I have seen a couple of threads regarding this, but the resolution isn’t quite what I need.

    I am getting some comments via facebook (and likes), and they show up fine, but the comment counter for each post only shows comments left on wordpress.

    I am thinking it is my theme (LightWord), but I can’t be sure.

    Is there a shortcode to pull the facebook comments to my comment counter in my actual theme editor?

  • Try changing to one of the default themes to confirm that the problem is with your theme.

    Yep. The comments work fine with other themes – but not this one…

    Ok, so the problem would appear to be in your theme. You (or someone else) can either tinker with the theme and see what needs to happen to get it working or you could ask the theme author to support this plugin.

    That’s what I’m thinking.
    Any suggestions on where to begin? (ex. which php file to be tinkering with?)

    Did yu find a solution for yout theme ??? I’m Using Spike and i have the same issue…
