Comment counts are 0

Hey there,
I just noticed, after activating CleanTalk, on the front-end, all comment counts are 0 when there are definitely comments on particular blog post. If I deactivate the plugin, the comment counts update. Reactivating the plugin doesn’t make the comment count go back to 0, but thinking the plugin isn’t allowing the code to pull the proper count some how (the count on the backend is still accurate).
I didn’t get a screenshot from before I deactivated the plugin, but happy to provide an update once a new post is added and/or I see the comment count off again if needed.

Actually, I see it happening on another site I’ve implemented: https://fermentationwineblog.com/ — the post titled “This is Why Alcohol Self-Distribution is the Next Big Thing” shows 0 comments on the homepage (https://screencast.com/t/gdyGTVCP80ci), however, if you visit the post: https://fermentationwineblog.com/2020/03/this-is-why-alcohol-self-distribution-is-the-next-big-thing/ you can see it clearly has 4 comments (as of this note): https://screencast.com/t/VdsMeusqszS1.
