Comment display change by changing select field

Please help me for solving this issue..

as example two option are there in select field
latest on top – here default are set, last enter comment show in first.
by best raking- modify order as greater star rating to lower…but the problem is i am using p2 theme…
query display cde in a function.php…. but there is not a query where i will edit…query..??/
