Comment Editing messes up links

The other day a commenter asked me to correct a link on their post, when I did, wordpress adds the link to my admin page inside the link that was edited.
For example:
It took this: https://123beta.blogspot.com/2006/06/another-open-trackback-weekend.html/And made this:
https://macbros.dnsalias.com/blog/wp-admin/%5C%22https://123beta.blogspot.com/2006/06/another-open-trackback-weekend.html/%5C%22I tried to get it to work with both the WYSIWYG editor and without.
