comment emails–please help

  • Hi.

    This problem is annoying me to no end and I would really appreciate any suggestions. Basically, since I upgraded to 2.0, my comment email notifications are not working properly. The From: line in the email displays as show below, with the [name entered in the commenters field on my blog] @localhost. (i.e., if I were to comment as H, it would show the From: line as H@localhost when it should actually be hilary**@hotmail.com)

    I think it’s something in the pluggable-functions.php file, but I don’t know what needs to be changed.

    Any help is much appreciated!

    I am also having the same problem – email notifications are not coming through to me…..I’ve tried changing the email to something else, but no luck.

    Has anyone had any luck after upgrading?

    My question is, how do i set up e-mail for my blog in the first place?
    I realize it’s a basic question but I have no idea. Can someone help with that?
