Comment fields do not retain info – as though cookies are cleared

  • Happy Friday all;

    I’m facing a perplexing issue – when readers return and go to leave a comment none of the comment field info is retained. The other WP sites I visit all retain the info so returning to enter additional comments is faster and easier.

    Is there a setting I am missing somewhere? I’m hoping the fix is obvious to someone.

  • No this is nothing that you are doing wrong.

    I had this issue with a theme from WooThemes not to long ago. It depends on the code used in your theme. I would leave a support question in the Thesis forum.
