Comment Form

I am new to wordpress and would appreciate any assitance with this topic. I am currently running a theme called Admired.

The only thing I do not like is the generic comment form. It just says “leave a reply” or “leave a comment” and then has a blank for the user to type their comment. I want a more customized comment form.
i.e. Name, Email, URL, Comment then submit.

I have been reading www.ads-software.com resources and can’t find anything to help me with this. The theme doesn’t offer any customization options. I know I can modify the code but I am not sure how to do so.

I am somewhat familiar with FTP and understand simple code but I don’t want to make any changes until I am absolutely sure what I am doing is going to work.
