    I made a purchase to test the email, I did the procedure, but the link to evaluate the products is not displayed, and in the test email that is fired from the administration panel, the email is sent with all data normally.

    Thank you for providing additional information. Can you please create a new client that has some name in both first and last name fields and repeat the test? I think that the problem is due to the fact that the last name field is empty.

    I created the order with the new client and that worked all right!

    Is it common to have empty last name field in Brazil? I though that this field is mandatory in WooCommerce…

    Yes, in Brazil the normal is use the full name.
    Did not know that this field was mandatory, thanks for the information!

    I understand that it is common to use full name.

    My question was if it is common to enter all the full name in the the field “First name” and leave the field “Last name” empty? Or people usually enter part of their full name in the field “First name” and the remaining part of their name in the field “Last name”?
