Comment form filled in with another users' info

  • This is happening across platforms and browsers for both logged-in and not logged-in users.

    A user visits the comment form for a single post and sees another user’s information – they don’t know each other, don’t share a computer, etc. They see name, email address, URL, etc.

    Obviously this is a serious issue. Any idea what may be causing it?
