Comment from is missing after update

Something going wrong after the last update.
The commment form is showed on the pages but it is not wpDisquz form. It feels like pure html form. No one comment is visible.

I checked all support topics: comments are allowed on the blog and in the posts. I deleted all cache. I checked “Lazy loading”. But there is no wpDisquz comment form on the pages.The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
