Comment Link different in every post

  • Hi everyone

    So, what I’m looking for is a simple way to change the comment link…

    I mean… in some themes theres a link to the comments of the post, but I want to redirect the readers of the blog to another link when they press the link to comment. I want to redirect them to a forum that has the same post…

    Is that possible?
