Comment Moderation List ‘blank lines’

  • Hello,

    I searched for info on this and couldn’t find anything that answers my problem.

    It seems like about once a week, the ‘Comment Moderation’ list of words (urls, etc) becomes corrupted. By that, I mean – blank lines appear where they did not exist before.

    Each time, I take out the entire list – delete the existing list – edit it in notepad to make ‘sure’ there are no blank lines and no spaces at the beginning and end of any word/url/line.

    I put it back in the moderation list textbox and re-save/update it.

    Then, a week or so later it occurs again.

    Does this sound like a familiar problem that anyone else is experiencing?

    By the way, it only happens to the ‘comment moderation’ list – never to the ‘blacklist’…. isn’t that a bit strange?

    I don’t know what you mean by that. Yes, I’m running plugins. But, which are you referring to … are there some that would cause this? Are there some that would pose a conflict that might cause this?
