    Hi,

    Thanks for the message.

Please could you try changing the “Where to load scripts” setting to “All Pages” and see if that fixes it for you? https://i.gyazo.com/e25c9ea95fb098003dbe1e0a11808cfb.png

    Hi

I updated the setting you show in the picture to be all pages. I also cleared the cached in Cloudflare and Lscache plugins for the change to take effect. However, there was no change.

It looks like the scripts were not being loaded for some reason. Do you have any other plugins enabled that remove or optimise enqueued scripts for example?

As far as I know there is no plugin that limits it. I added 2 javascript and 1 css file to the header section, in case the problem is maybe due to the javascript and css files not being loaded. However, nothing changed.

Not too sure sadly, are you able to give it another try with the latest version? Other than that it seems strange that it’s not working, other than maybe your caching or firewall affecting it, or maybe another plugin conflicting with it.

    Hi

First of all, sorry for the late return. I tried the plugin with version 1.13. I cleared both Cloudflare and Lscache caches to be sure. I also checked from private browsing. However, nothing has changed.

Have you updated to version 1.13.1?

It seems like for some reason the required scripts are not being loaded/enqueued on the page. My only suggestion really is that something (firewall or optimisations) is blocking it.

If you manually add the Turnstile script to your site header does that fix it?

    <script src="https://challenges.cloudflare.com/turnstile/v0/api.js" async defer></script>

I finally solved the problem. The problem was caused by the AMP plugin I was using. It’s working flawlessly for now. Thank you for your help.

Ah yeah that might do it!

Great, thanks for letting me know.

Feel free to leave a review of the plugin here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/simple-cloudflare-turnstile/reviews/?filter=5#new-post ??
