Comment Notifcation Plugin

Hi

I would like to disable comment notification emails, so that when someone posts a comment they don’t get notified via email each time anyone (admin included) replies to their comment.

Is there a plugin for this? I’m sure I found one a few days ago but can’t seem to find it again.
