Comment Page Not Working (WordPress 2.3)

I just installed (for the first time) the 2.3 version of WordPress…I’ve used the 2.2 and 2.1 versions before, so I’m not exactly a ‘newbie’.

I made a new site, located here: https://celebrana.com/moonlitmuse/wordpress/

If you click on the ‘read & write comments’ image link, you can see that the comments page won’t load, display, anything…I think the code on the comments.php page is fine, because I’ve used it before; I tried editing some comments settings in my administration panel, but no success…I saw that another user was having this same problem, so is it some sort of bug? Or something I’ve overlooked?
