Comment post https:// open in new windows?

  • Hi ,

    I have looked through the forums and found no answer.

    Anyone know where to input target=_new code to? which php? under where?

    When people leave a comment and leave a url https://….

    Then when someone read the comment click on the link it will open in new windows.

    I had solve the author link open in new window.

    Just that these comment post url i need to solve it.

    Any kind soul please advise.
