Comment replay – From Name and Email

    Hi,

    First of all I want to thanks for the nice plugin!

    I have the following issue. I cannot change the “Email Address” and “Sent From” for the “Comment replay” notification.
    The message I see is “This notification doesn’t support additional email fields.”
    Can you help me to change it?
