Comment Replies Made in Dashboard Do Not Display in Disqus Thread

I just noticed that when Admins/Editors/Authors make comment replies through the wordpress dashboard “Recent Comments” these don’t sync and show up on the disqus thread. Is this a limitation or an issue??

I would appreciate an update to this as well. The comment reply appears on the WordPress back end and is even in the source code of the webpage but does not appear on the page.
